2. Interview 1 - We hop on a video call and get to know each other. Interview one is all about your questions and a few of our own.
3. Interview 2 - Interview with members of the CharacterStrong Team. A chance to share your first-hand and hands-on experience with team members of CharacterStrong.
4. Finalist Interview - Meet a few of the leaders on our team in the final interview and tell us about your past work history & why you would be a good fit for our company values.
5. Offer - Within 24-48 hours after your final interview we'll reach out with an offer! If it's a good fit on both sides we'll get things rolling!
